• What are the standard building materials and finishings?

• Do we sell second-hand buildings and containers?

Yes. Multitrade Building Hire has a fleet of containers and buildings that may be available for purchase. This will be subject to availability.

• What building transport/s options are suitable for my portable building project? 

We have created a building transport standard to help you select the correct method of transport if you are organising it.

• Do we modify shipping containers?

Yes. Multitrade Building Hire has a fleet of containers and buildings that may be available for purchase. This will be subject to availability.

• Do we hire to the general public?

Unfortunately the Multitrade Building Hire fleet is only available for commercial B2B hire.

• Where are we located and were are our depots?

Our Head office is located in Gladstone, there is also a seperate yard facility in Gladstone and one in Emerald. Please visit our Contact Us page for more information.

• What is the Minimum Hire Period?

The minimum Hire period is 4 weeks. 

​

• Are there any extra charges?

Multitrade Building Hire charge a standard cleaning fee of $180 per building to hire. We offer installation and transport services at the request of the client. Multitrade does not charge a damage waiver, clients must therefore provide their own insurance. If a building is returned damaged the client is liable for any cost associated with the repair.

• What are our contact hours? closed on weekends.
  7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday (Closed public holidays).

• Do we provide transport quotes?

Yes Multitrade Building Hire will quote the transport in our quotes. Please provide us with as much information as you can regarding access, on site forklift/crane so we can tailor the transport solution to your project.
